Waybridge Insurance was established in 1976 as a family-owned advisory firm in Clark, New Jersey, built on the premise that clients deserve an advisor who works for them first. That premise guided the firm through five decades of growth, through various market cycles, industry consolidation, and fundamental changes in how insurance is bought, sold, and delivered.

Ownership today remains independent, privately held, and accountable to the clients and team members the firm serves. Every client relationship Waybridge holds was built through direct conversation, honest assessment, and the discipline to deliver what was promised, a standard that has remained consistent since the firm's founding.
